FULL REFUND will be offered at any point of the cancellation if the reason is due to travel restrictions enforced as a result of COVID-19. We recognize the unpredictable nature of the current travel situation and have therefore adjusted our cancellation policy to reflect that.

PROMOTIONAL RATES are valid from the 01.08.2020 until 01.03.2021 in order to promote tourism again in Tofo and safeguard employment for our staff. There is a special discounted rate of 30% off for domestic travellers. Email us for more info.

SOCIAL DISTANCE is still the guidance for all establishments until further notice. We are restricted on the number of people in our bar and restaurant. We now have less tables in the restaurant, all with at least 2m distance between them. We have also limited the amount of sun-loungers around the pool.

HAND SANITISER is readily available in your room and at every public area of Mozambeats. Also, we have built Tippy Taps (a handwash system whereby you use your foot) in front of Mozambeats.

CLEANING rota has been increased on-site with special focus on frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and the bar area.

OUR STAFF wear masks and the housekeeping staff wear disposable gloves each time they enter a different room. Please expect our staff to maintain a distance of 2m and not shake hands with you: it doesn't mean we don't want to! We also keep check-in and check-out short and simple to minimise contact time. Nevertheless, if you have questions, we are more than happy to help!

YOUR ROOM IS YOURS during your stay and nobody else will enter it. If you wish for housekeeping, please hang the door hanger outside your room.

ROOM SERVICE is available from 07h00 - 20h00.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS won't be shared with other guests anymore. You will always have a private transfer should you need one. The taxi driver won't shake your hand and he will disinfect the car before he brings you to Mozambeats.
